WELCOME TO INDIAN LAKE STABLES
Indian Lake Stables is a family owned farm just 20 minutes south of downtown Birmingham. First established in 1968, the stables have a long history in north Shelby County. Purchased by Heather Campbell and family in 2020, Indian Lake offers one of the most convenient boarding stables in the entire Birmingham Metro. The farm is a hidden gem overlooking a 30 acre lake and is a quiet respite from the busy lives of today.

MANAGEMENT
Jennifer Fletcher
Originally from North Caroline, Jennifer grew up showing Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation with the North Carolina Hunter Jumpers Association (NCHJA) as well as the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF). She claimed professional status in 1999 and has coached competitive riders at the local and 'A' Rated levels ever since. Some career highlights include multiple local and Zone year end champions with riders of all levels, Pony Finals (both Hunter and Jumper) appearances with young riders and establishing the top boarding, lesson, training and show facility in Auburn, AL.
In December 2022, her husband accepted a new job in Birmingham so when the opportunity to be a part of Indian Lake Stables presented itself - she knew it was meant to be!
She is excited to build a program that focuses on horsemanship, hard work and great attitudes. She loves horse showing and seeing riders accomplishments in the competitive setting but is also very passionate about bringing young horses along, Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) and teaching new riders to love the sport. She is most excited to build a barn family at Indian Lake Stables.
